Macy's Launches New Designer Capsule Collection Series with Kinder Aggugini

Macy's has unveiled the first line in its designer collaboration series launching with Kinder Aggugini, a London-based talent who has designed for some of the world's top luxury brands, including Versace, Calvin Klein, John Galliano and Vivienne Westwood.

The "Sid Vicious Meets Coco Chanel" inspired collection features jackets, knitwear, dresses and shorts, with most of the line affordable priced between $40 and $140. Highlights include tailored leather and bouclé jackets, soft cardigans, ultra-feminine silk shorts and Kimono-style dresses with Kinder's signature touches.

Kinder Aggugini for Impulse will be available for a limited time at approximately 225 Macy's stores nationwide and on macys.com. I seriously hope I can see this line in person, Aggugini is an amazing designer and it's great to see a collaboration with a real artist rather than a celebrity for a change!

Clearly a reflection of Kinder's personality, this collection fuses his Savile Row skills with refined elements of his signature looks and rock ‘n roll attitude.

"Kinder Agguini for Impulse only at Macy's" features modern, feminine and figure-flattering silhouettes in two contemporary color stories: grey and blue with purple prints and soft pink and black.

I love the first look. Is that a baby pink skirt or dress??

Cute looks! That last dress is rather fun and I like the look of that baby pink skirt with the leather.

Intriguing. And I could not agree more about loving the fact that it is an actual designer collaboration rather than a celebrity one. Here's hoping this collection is on par with what Rachel Roy has done for Macy's.
